No 12 Plow

Dated 1898 this German grain sack is illustrated with a wonderful plow above two different types of vines complete with berries. The calligraphy is a beautiful example of the painstaking care from back in the day.  This is artwork on what we would consider to be a utility sack.  This shows the level of importance they placed on doing quality work on everything they made. The italian wood frame is a dark carved frame.
